RETURNS

We offer exchanges or store credit within 15 days of purchase. Items MUST be unworn with original tags still attached.  We accept exchanges within 15 days for store credit only. 

Final sale items include Derby Hats & Fascinators, anything personalized, jewelry, scarves and any item on sale or promotion.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. That Cute Little Shop uses USPS for shipping and will email you a confirmation and tracking number once shipped. MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

We strive to get you your items as fast as possible. In order to so, some items may be shipped separately. For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.
